Dr. Amandine André is graduated from a PhD in the field of chemistry of natural products from the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN, Paris) and is currently working as a researcher in the Food Chemistry group headed by Prof. Dr. Irene Chetschik at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). In charge of the analysis of the non-volatile composition of plant-based food and drinks, her focus is to investigate the occurrence, impact and relevance of food constituents on food composition.
