Martijn works as project manager and scientist for Wageningen Food & Biobased Research, which is an applied scientific research institute as part of Wageningen University & Research. As a Food Technologist specialized in cereal science, his research focusses on innovations for healthy and sustainable food production. Examples include reformulation of bakery products and 3D printing as an innovative process to manufacture food products.
