
Pedro Maldonado
Dr. Pedro Maldonado-Alvarado is an Associate professor of the DECAB in the EPN and collaborating professor of other Ecuadorian universities. He has obtained a PhD in Biochemistry, Chemistry and Food Technology from the Montpellier University, France. Dr. Maldonado published more than 30 scientific publications and more than 50 oral communications in international congresses on valorization of Ecuadorian farinaceous and by-products. He is Member of the scientific editorial committee of WASET, ICCFE, La Granja, Sathiri. Further, Dr. Maldonado is scientific journal reviewer for SCOPUS journals such as LWT - Science and Food Technology, Int. J. Biol. Macromol., Frontiers, Revista Politécnica, La Granja.
