Stefano D'Amico
Stefano D’Amico is working at AGES, the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety in Vienna. Here he incorporated his analytical skills for the development of new analytical methods for cereals and feeding materials. Stefano D’Amico is involved in standardization of methods, working in the TC 460 “Food Authenticity” of CEN. He is working with cereals as well, especially with novel cultivars within the Austrian VCU (value for cultivation and use) experiments.
