
Shishanti Jayarathna
Shishanti Jayarathna is a PhD student in Food science at The Roger Andersson Lab, Department of Molecular Sciences at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU). She obtained her master’s degree in Food Science from Sri Lanka with a scholarship to undertake her master thesis study at SLU as an Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Scholarship holder. Shishanti Jayarathna obtained her bachelor’s degree (first class division) in Animal Science and Fisheries from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.
