Renáta Németh


Renáta Németh earned her PhD degree in Engineering and Technology, Discipline of Bio-, Environmental and Chemical Engineering at Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2019. She is currently serving as assistant professor at the Department of Applied Biotechnology and Food Science and is the member of Research Group of Cereal Science and Food Quality. Her field of expertise is cereal chemistry and technology, more precisely composition, applied rheology, and end product tests. Furthermore, she has experience in capillary electrophoresis of carbohydrates as well.

She is the first author of six scientific papers and co-author of seven scientific articles. She is member of MSZT/MB 612 Technical Commitee and public body member in VII. Section of Chemistry, Committee of Food Science, Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
