Zsuzsanna Bugyi

Zsuzsanna Bugyi is holding master’s degrees in bioengineering and in nutritional sciences, with a PhD in food science. She is an assistant professor at the Department of Applied Biotechnology and Food Science of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Her major research interest is food allergen and gluten analysis with immunoanalytical methods.
