
Kandi Sridhar
Dr. Kandi Sridhar received his PhD. degree in Food Chemistry from National Pingtung University of Science & Technology, Taiwan. Thereafter he worked as postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Food Science at Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. Currently, he is a Researcher at UMR1253, Science et Technologie du Lait et de l’œuf, INRAE, L’Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, France.
He has published over 40 research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and 1 book chapter as well as attended15 international conference presentations. His research interests are in agri-food waste utilization, characterization & application of plant proteins, food processing, quality and functionality of the foods, extraction of bioactive compounds, functional foods, food product development, and micro/nanoencapsulation.
